1 General Introduction and Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to the taka vit platform and all associated services. By accessing the website, creating an account, or conducting any type of transaction, the user is considered to have fully accepted all terms stated in this document.

These terms and conditions are drawn up in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh and apply to users residing in Bangladesh. It is each user's responsibility to read the entire content of this page before using any product or service of taka vit.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account at taka vit and take part in any gaming or betting activity, the user must be at least 21 years old. Age is verified based on the information provided at registration. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Only one account may be opened per person, address, mobile number or payment method. If the same person creates multiple accounts, those accounts will be permanently closed and the associated deposits and bonuses may be cancelled.

2.3 Accurate Information

Full name, mobile number, email and date of birth must be provided accurately at registration. taka vit reserves the right to close any account opened with false or incomplete information at any time. Government-issued identification or other documents may be requested for identity verification (KYC) in the future.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

Users from certain countries or regions may not be able to register on this platform. Access from specific regions may be restricted due to local laws or regulations. It is the user's responsibility to comply with the laws of their own region.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

It is entirely the user's responsibility to keep their account username and password confidential. This information must not be shared with any third party. Any unauthorised access to the account must be reported to the taka vit support team immediately.

The user is responsible for all transactions and activities carried out through their own account. If a password is lost or access to the account is not possible for any reason, the designated recovery process must be followed.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at taka vit is ৳300. Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and various other commercial banks).

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.

4.3 Payment Verification

Identity verification (KYC) may be required for large withdrawal amounts. Withdrawals can only be made to the payment method registered to the user's account — transfers to another person's account are not permitted.

• Withdrawals are first attempted to the method used for the deposit.
• If there is any active bonus wagering on the account, withdrawals may be restricted.
• In cases of suspicious transactions, withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at taka vit receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. To use the bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus, making the balance ৳2,000; to withdraw the bonus funds, ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered.

5.2 Other Promotions

Weekly boosts, slot festival prizes, cricket season bonuses and other promotions each have their own terms. The wagering requirements, validity period and eligibility details for each offer are provided on the relevant promotion page.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• The terms of the relevant offer must be read carefully before accepting a bonus.
• Bonus funds cannot be used like cash — they cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• It is not possible to have more than one bonus active at the same time.
• If fraud or unusual betting patterns are detected, the bonus may be cancelled.
• Bonus benefits are for personal use only — bonuses cannot be used from multiple accounts on the same household or network.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Fairness

All slots, live casino and sports betting games on the taka vit platform are operated by software from recognised technology providers. The outcomes of slots and other RNG-based games are entirely random and not predetermined.

6.2 Betting Limits

6.3 Technical Errors

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the taka vit platform:

• Creating an account using a false identity or someone else's identity.
• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of gaining bonus benefits.
• Using software errors, bots or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate games (collusion).

If any such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and the associated funds may be seized.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by taka vit

taka vit reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time due to a breach of these terms, suspicious activity or security reasons. The user will be notified with reasonable cause in such cases.

8.2 Closure by the User

Any user may voluntarily close their own account. Requests for self-exclusion or account closure must be made through the support team. The option to take a temporary break is also available under responsible gaming.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

taka vit may take action in accordance with applicable policy regarding accounts that have been inactive for an extended period. The relevant user will be contacted in advance regarding an inactive account.

9 Limitation of Liability

Any financial loss incurred as a result of playing games on the taka vit platform is the user's own responsibility. taka vit is not liable for any issues caused by internet disconnection, device problems or third parties.

taka vit reserves the right to correct any incorrect odds or payouts displayed due to unintentional technical errors. Users may not take advantage of any bet that was clearly created as a result of a system error.

10 Privacy and Data Protection
